We provide Visitors and past customers with a mechanism to delete/deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the Site’s database by contacting us directly. However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor’s entry without retaining some residual information. We remove most of the Personally Identifiable Information of our customers after they stop taking classes at our learning center or online but we may keep their name and email address to contact them to inform them about our service offerings. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated and opt-out of any communication from us.
