A modern approach to critical thinking and problem solving through coding.
Code Chef is a learning center located in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Code Chef is founded by a software architect and manager (Govind Mekala) with more than 25 years of experience in enterprise software development and research. He has designed and developed software products in multiple fields such as retail, finance, networking, analytics, and security.
At Code Chef, we have a humble goal of teaching kids and adults essential computer skills and preparing them for the future. We also provide a creative play center for kids and a facility for inventors to experiment with ideas.
We focus on three key areas:
- Problem Solving
- Computer Coding
- Creativity
We are an independent business, located in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Our motto is to promote curiosity about technology among the future generation. Access to technology and coding knowledge should not be limited to a small group of students graduating from top technical institutions.
Code Chef is inspired by these three legends

Richard Feynman
Richard Feynman was an American theoretical physicist. He is known for his work in quantum mechanics.

Donald Knuth
Donald Knuth is an American computer scientist, mathematician, and professor emeritus at Stanford University.

Mahatma Gandhi
Gandhi gave a new perspective to this world about nonviolence and the power of truth.
